How I Achieved Rs. 1 Crore Net Worth in 16 Years – My Journey to Wealth Before 45

 Today is sept. 2024 and next march 2025, I will become 45. Today my net worth market value  is Rs. 1 Crore. Since 2008, I am working online and in 16 years, I have achieved this goal. First of all, see my portfolio and Following assets market value is in my same portfolio.

In this portfolio, my real estate current value is Rs. 60 Lakh which is about 60% of my total net worth and 40% are the other. Now, I am telling the story, How  I achieved Rs. 1 Crore Net Worth before 45. I invested about Rs. 50 Lakh and Rs. 50 Lakh is due to appreciation in my net worth.

• Real Estate Value: Rs. 60 Lakh (60% of total net worth)
• Other Assets: 40% of total net worth

1st Stage. First 7 Years - 2008 to 2015

1. I began my journey as online publisher and from 2008 to 2015, I have earned Rs. 26,00,000 from advertising and Rs. 831640 earned from interest and ecommerce . This earning was my base of net worth. With in 7 years, I consumed Rs. 9,00,000 and saved Rs. 16,00,000 from advertising earning.

Savings: ₹16,00,000
Net Worth: ₹16,00,000

Percentage of Consumption:

$$\frac{9,00,000}{26,00,000} \times 100 \approx 34.6\%$$

Percentage of Savings:

$$\frac{16,00,000}{26,00,000} \times 100 \approx 61.5\%$$

From above data analysis. You are seeing that my saving was 61.5% . And my age was 28 years and in 2015 was 35 and I constructed office of Rs. 831640 in my home whose value has also increased due to increase the construction cost and same money come from interest from saving and other e-commerce work. I have given ground floor to my brother and first and second floor, I have used. First floor, I have office and second floor, I have book store. 

2n Stage. Next 7 Years - 2016 to 2023

Invest in Real Estate 

Now, it was the time to grow my saving through investment in real estate. I invested my Rs. 1600,000 saving in real estate. I bought residential plate and started to construct from beginning and for buying land and making ground floor two rooms, one kitchen and one bathroom, I had spent Rs. 10,00,000 and then I have bought land and boundary of it for growing own veg and fruits and also made its shed at cost of about 6,00,000. Now its current value is Rs. 60,00,000 including above my office construction.

Invest in Stocks, Mutual Funds and Gold

In 2018, I came to invest in stocks

 and mutual funds and Gold. What I have earned from my earning after my consumption. I have earned from  Rs.10,00,000 ebook sale , Rs. 5,00,000 from personal training and also earned some direct advertisement and other sources 

So, I earned about Rs. 20,00,000 Lakh. It is Rs. 600,000 less than previous 7 years earning. I have saved and invested about 15,00,000 and Rs. 5,00,000 consumed. 

But plus point, I gained some dividend and I have invested it also. So, 

3rd Stage. 2024 

Now, I have come in 16 years. Means 2024 and  I have invested more Rs. 2,18360 and total of my invested money is Rs. 41,50,000 and my father invested money is Rs. 8,50,000. Now total invested Rs. 50 Lakh money market value is Rs. 1 Crore.

1st Step : Saving is Big Power

When you are young save more and more money because it will become capital for real estate investment, shares, mutual funds and gold. If I consume all, I do not make Rs. 1 Crore net worth. I saved 70% my earning if you club my earning in first 7 years. DECIDE What you save.

2nd Step : Investing is Big Power

Investing is also big power. Saving gives only 7.25 % fd interest but investment can give 100% return in 5 years. But it has risk. I invested almost all and only about 10% Bank FD for emergency.

3rd Step : Re-Invest is Big Power 

If you have to grow your net worth, you have to use this great tool. Re-invest what you earn from your saving and investment. Passive income helps me to grow my net worth. I reinvested and reach this target.

4th Step : Compound Interest is Power

If you do not use your saving and investment. Compount interest enhances your all saving and investment and make it double which is true in my case. What I save and invest, I did not consume for last 16 years. That is reason, I work hard for Rs. 50 Lakh and Rs. 50 Lakh came from compound interest.

5th Step : Active Income is Power 

Not just passive income, active income is also power. So, do daily work what you work to earn more money. If I do not earn active income, I can not reach this net worth goal of Rs. 1 Crore. 

6th Step : Parent Support is Power 

When parent gives the support financially and physically and emotionally. It became power. When my father see my portfolio and it need some money to achieve my Rs. 1 Crore net worth, my father helped me to invest and reach my goal. So, show your parent your ability, they will surely help you financially to reach your big net worth goal.
