How to Become Better Salesman

 

If you are unable to get order of sales in your sales profession, accept this defeat and learn to become better salesman. Following are its simple steps. 

1. Focus on Your Life Big Goal 

If anything is important for you, you make the way but if it is not important you start excuses. Following are your big goal. 

1. Earn per month Rs. 1,00,000 from sales of your products.

or 2. Earn your first Rs. 1 Crore from sales of your products. 

or 3. Becoming highest product selling in specific period. 

Now, when customer rejects your product. Never give up. Speak yourself. Customer can rejects lots of reason. I have to find it. If there is my mistake, I will improve it and I will do best for converting rejection into yes from customer because I have big goal. For finding the accurate reason, you can request feedback from customer by answer

For example 

Dear customer, you recently reject to buy my product, please feedback for our improvement

1. Do I  only want about products

2. My current interest is not in product 

3. I am busy

4. It is costly

5. I do not have enough money to buy it 

6. I am making plan to buy next month. 

2.  Strong belief You will Do Sales Every Day 

If you give up from inside by not believe on yourself, you will fail in sales profession. If you fail every day, still, you have to strong belief that you will do sales every day. When you fail, start to learn. Why fail. Learn new tricks from new books. Increase your communication confidence. All these things helps you to sale everyday and you will become better salesman. 

3. Knowledge of Product 

If you know the product, you can tell it detail. So, burning desire of customer will increase and he or she can buy your product and you become better salesman. 

Suppose, you are the seller of books. Then read same books and Write 10 reasons to buy specific book and show it in video and share with your customer. It will be good impact on the mind of customer. If it is techincal product or finance product, learn it and get full knowledge. Time to time update your knowledge and share when need to customer before buying your product. 

4. Connection with Customers 

In this step, seller has to keep deep connection with customer. Not forget, customer is human being. He or she has the emotions of love and hate both. If you disconnect with him or her when sales complete, he or she will think, you are selfish and he or she starts hate with you and hate will barrier for your next sale to him or her. So, forget sales, focus on long term relationship. If customer will start to love you, he or she will help you to achieve your sales goal by buying your next product. 

You can do better connection for listening customer's problem and response with humble. 

5. Every day take Action for Doing Next Sale 

Never feel satisfaction. If you have big goal, you need to do action everyday to achieve next sale. You can go customer physically. You can start customer awareness camp. You can tell new offers for sale.
