Learn Financial Freedom Step by Step

How to Become Rich in India - Part 3

Dear friends, welcome to the third part of How to Become Rich in India, today we will tell you how you can change your duties from employee to business duties. Suppose you are an employee, we have to change it into a businessman and if woman, we can call it a business person. How to change: You know that an employee can never become rich in life, especially in India and certainly not in the world. Only a businessman can become rich in the world, so we can change his thinking. This thinking is how he thinks and how he thinks.

1. Work from Money not Work for Money

All the employees think of work for money. They think that if they get money they will work and if they don't get money they won't work, that is, it is very easy to work for money because when they don't get money they will not work, so their salary gets fixed 5000 ,10000, 15000 20000, 25000, 50000, 1 Millions of times they just stand there. His thinking power, expectation and capability were there, they stood above the amount of salary, he stopped himself, his thinking is that of a businessman, work with money and work from it. Money: Even if a businessman has even one rupee, he says that he will make one lakh from it, his thinking is to work with money, this employee is a slave of money. So what a good thinking a businessman has, if he has even one rupee, he says, I will be able to make Rs 10 lakh from it, because I have to work with money, reduce my cost, increase my quality, okay like I say. I want to make videos, make a pendrive of them and sell them, I have only one camera, so I have to use it as much as possible, I have to use maximum energy because I have to make money beyond money, so this is the thinking of a businessman. The employee's thinking is to work for money. So this thinking will have to be changed. If you want to become rich with your thinking, then you will have to give up working for money and get the work done with money, even if you have even one rupee.

2. Learn to Read Financial Statements

Secondly, we will have to study the statements of the employees, their income statement and their balance sheet.

Now what happens in the income statement, on one side there is income and on the other side there are expenses. Now the employee gets salary. In India, he gets Rs 25000 salary. He has in his mind that he has to work the whole day, he has to get up at 4 in the morning, he has to go for duty, he has to bring Rs. 25000 with him every month, expenses will be incurred as soon as he arrives, desires will be very high, there will be a lot of expectations from the children's family, then there will be expenses for basic needs. To complete the food, clothing and shelter, when they are complete, we will take some comforts, take some luxuries, spend for children's education, we can buy some good car, then in this way, those expenses will start in Think, what will you do if you buy a car, buy a bungalow or give good higher education to your children? What will happen now? That when they do not have money in their pocket then they will take debt (DEBT)

Today I told my friend that brother, you are an employee and you get Rs. 25000 from the bank, so can you get your child MBBS in Rs. 25000? He says no, otherwise how will you get it done? He says, I will take a debt (DEBT), I will take a loan from the bank. Said that your liability will increase due to loan, you have already taken debt (DEBT) on the car, then he says, I will take more loan to educate children, this means your expenses interest on debt.

Your expenses will increase. You also have your own expenses. You have paid interest to the bank, you have also paid taxes, so the employee has been working all his life. First of all, he is duty to the boss, he is for tax. The more the employee's salary will increase, the more it will be . If he pays tax on 30% then what is that thing, what is that thing, he works for the government and the employee works for the government, he has to complete the debt, he is also paying the interest, what is the interest, he works for the banks. He is an employee for himself, he never works in his life, he works for his boss, he works for his bank, he works for his government, you tell me his final statement is showing this, he does not have any asset which gives him income. If you give passive income, then to move ahead from this situation, the employee will have to study the final statement of the businessman.

This is the income statement of the businessman, you look in it, this is the income, this is the expenses, now you see what happens that this is the balance sheet, this is the financial statement of the businessman.

Now what does a businessman know? First of all, he gets net profit. From here he gets net profit, then with that net profit he buys his assets, then he gets income from those assets, after deducting the expenses, then net profit comes and then he Net profit then buys more assets assets assets assets

His assets keep increasing and he has not taken any liability. His expenses are not his own, they are business expenses and he does not pay taxes to the government until his expenses are met. He does not buy his own car. He travels in a business car. He does not build a bungalow for himself. He builds an apartment and also takes rent for it. He gets income from it, he also lives in the same apartment, he eats And he has an account of refreshments, his expenses are zero, so in this way he keeps saving money, saves money from every side and buys his assets from it. Friends, if you want to become rich then you will have to make this financial statement a part of your life every day. You will have to create a new asset and you will get net profit from it. Again, you will have to keep it flowing back. You will have to create a new asset. In this way you will see that slowly and gradually you will become rich when you will not work which is yours. Assets are money which will work for you, whatever assets are there, even if you invest in real estate, you will start getting rent from there. At least in real estate, you have to create such infrastructure that people get houses at low rates, this will do social work. There are many industries in which you can invest, you can connect people together and take the business forward day by day. So in this way you can become rich and one last thing I want to tell you is that there is a huge difference between these two, now try to understand it. one minute Look friends, it is a very simple thing that I tell you, this is a very big stone, 500kg Its name is 500 kg. Problems: Now there is a person, a gentleman. This is a gentleman, he wants to take it up. Will he be able to lift it and if not? What he did was take a stick. Stick ok, it will support to lift, you know the name of this thing is leverage. Doing very good work with someone's help or doing very challenging work is what we call leverage. This person lifted this stone with a stick, so who is this person? He is a businessman. And what is this stick? This stick is employee. What is support - salary? If you know what is this problem, this problem is business problems. The businessman uses the employee as a stick and solves as many problems as he can and becomes rich. You see that you were given a small salary and you became this stick, then if you ever think that you will not get any opportunity to learn, at that very moment you have to resign from that employment, whether it is a government job or it is a very high profile job. Have a job because you are being used Dear friends, when a person is used then the chances of learning are reduced, so in such a time, if you yourself want to become a businessman, then you have to teach people and give them support, then that support becomes simple. That either make a stick or you create many such people who can lift this stone. I want to create many such people in front of you who can lift this stone. I do not want to make anyone a stick. So remember that in any job you can work. When you think that you are becoming a stick then you can never become rich in life. If you want to become rich then you will have to stop thinking of yourself as a stick. You will have to come to this position. You have problems. You do not have money. There are many problems. Such a businessman has many problems. He also does not have money. He also wants to progress. Want to become rich, you have to bring that kind of thinking. When a person increases the level of his thinking, then he becomes rich. You say that a person cannot fly, this is the truth, such a person cannot do a big business, this is the truth. But have you seen that humans can fly in airplanes? Similarly, if you do not have money then you can dream that one day you will create a huge business and then you will become the richest person in the world. This is not a lie, it is true, you have to understand it, you have to think about it. Just a little thinking that you have to keep the idea that in this job I am being used as a stick, this is the difference between an employee and this is the difference between a businessman. You are thinking, what is this leverage, it is everywhere, I am telling you a very simple thing, you are putting money in savings in the bank, you are putting money, I am your FD of 50 lakhs, 10 lakhs, 15 lakhs, then you get it. Interest remained 9%. Suppose this interest is 9%, then you are solving the business problem and you have got the interest. Your money is being used by the business man, the bank is giving it and solving it. People need loan to solve their problem. The income of the business is increasing at 10% to 15%. You see the bank is growing at a very fast pace at 9%. If you are taking money and giving it at 15%, then you are getting rich, then why are you depositing it, why are you saving it in the bank, you invest it in your business, you also invest that money in your business at 10%. You can use it at 15%, it is a debt to you, your money can be used in your own business, but why do you take a loan? Don't take any debt, don't take loan, use the money you have in savings at 9%. In business, the thinking of a businessman is that you will definitely get 20% to 50% profit. Trust me, I want to give you an assurance. I am saying that if you are thinking of taking your money in the form of debt or taking it from the bank, then use the money you have kept in your savings because that stick should not be yours, do not become anyone's stick , cooperate with people, people should support you. They will support you, your problems will be solved, this can be solved. ok Thank you very much with kind words.
