What are Main Forms of Energy

 Energy is not created by anyone in this world but we can change one form of energy to another form. So, as student, you should know what are the main forms of energy. 

1. Sound Energy

In previous chapter of sound, we have taught the sound. With this sound, we can get sound energy. We get this sound energy when we move any matter. Same matter vibrates and generate sound energy. For example, if you know piano, you can play it and compel all to sit and listen it for 1 hr. Energy is power to force other. So, sound energy has cleared this condition. 

2. Heat Energy

When we burn anything, we get heat energy. It is helpful to boil, melt. All automobiles moves by converting their heat energy into kinetic energy. So, heat energy is very important day to day life. We boil milk with the help of heat energy. This energy brings cool milk at boiling temperature level.

3. Electrical Energy

Electrical energy is potential energy which we can get by moving the electrons in anything. When electrons moves, same thing is charged. Flow of charging rate is electric current. When we study electricity and magnet, it is called  electromagnetic force study.

For understanding the electricity, we have to understand the atom concept. Atom is the smallest part of any matter. Atoms makes the molecules. Many molecules makes the cell. Do you know how atom of matter becomes. 

Atom becomes with protons, neutrons and electrons.

 Both protons and neutrons are packed in atom but electrons moves its around.

 Protons has positive charge.

 Electrons has negative charge 

Neutrons are neutral. Means no charge. 

Electricity is the flow of these charges from one atom to other atom. This flow makes the electricity. 

For this, we have to understand electrostatic force. 

One electron push other electron and same electron goes to other atom and push to its electron and with this, there is flow of electrons and it makes electricity flow. 

4. Light Energy

Light energy helps us to see the things near us. Without light, we can not see. So, it is very useful energy. Sun is the source of light energy. Electric bulbs are also source of light energy.

5. Mechanical Energy

Due to mechanics of matter, if there is the energy which flows will be mechanical energy. Like if bike moves with kinetic energy, it will help us to transfer from one place to other. Moving water is kinetic energy and it helps to generate electricity. 

6. Chemical Energy 

When any energy is stored in the matter, it is chemical energy. For example, battery is chemical energy which helps to store the electricity. Food is chemical energy because it can saved human energy.
