What to do if your Email Goes to Other's Spam Box

 If you have the ebook business and you will surely send ebook to the customer's email id when you got the payment of same ebook. But it will be very bad if it goes to the spam box of your customer's email. If customer will not talk with your whatsapp no., it will be very difficult for you whether customer has received the ebook in his or her inbox or not. Second most of people do not open the spam box. So, when customer did not find the ebook in his inbox of his email. He feels very frustration and same frustration will convert into anger and he will speak bad name of your business. 

So, you have to solvethis problem if you want to increase your reputation and if you want this trouble will solve permanent.

1. Must Use the Paid Email Service 

 You must send email through paid email service instead free gmail and yahoo service if you are sending your business email or sending ebook to the customer. Paid email service is less change to go in spam box. 

2. Take the Chat Help of Paid Email Service 

 If you are using your paid service and your customer complain that your email goes to the spam box. For example, if you are using google's paid service, you will get its chat in google admin. Where its support personally help you.

3. Check Whether Two Hosting Problem

When there is two hosting of your single email, when you will send email both will fight each other and send to your email to spam box. So, check it and it is main issue which will we solve with next step. Yo can see it in mx record where you see two hosting point. For this, I can use my hosting service mx record and google service. First I show you in my google tool

In above picture you can see two mx of znetlive hosting and one host of google. So, my email goes to spam box of my customer. 

Now same problem is showing my znetlive domain host.

4. Add MX record of your Email Host

 My domain is hosted in znetlive and my email is hosted in google. So, both fights and my email went to spam box. So, I have to remove znetlive host from max record and make the record of google only. Google support team will provide you the new mx record which you have to add or your email hosting will provide you. 

I have added same for clear my this step for reaching email to my customer's inbox instead spam box.

5. Change the TXT Record 

You have to change your text record. My domain key is of google and txt record of znetlive. that is problem. See following picture

Google support or your email hosting will give you new txt record and domainkey which you have to add actually domain key will generate in google admin but still team will direct you. 

Sometime Google text record will not add, so you have to remove ~all and then add, it will add.

Now, see everything ok in TXT record 

Enjoy, now your email will go to customer's inbox instead spam box.
