Methods of Separating Impurities from Water

 There are lots of impurities in the water when we take water in the tap or lake. Some of dust included in it that dissolves in the water but make the water toxin. Other insoluble matters like stone and sand easy to remove. 

Following are the methods of separating impurities from Water 

1. Separate the Ant and other Visible creatures from Water with Your Hands 

If you see the ant alive or dead or other small visible creature, you have to remove them by using your hand. Hand must be cleaned. 

2. Filtration

In kitchen, you will see that your grandmother drink water after filter with cloth or iron filter. I try myself to filter through my iron filter. It helps to clean the water. 

3. Boil

Boil is the best way to filter your water. It will helps to kill all the germs. In raining season, always boil the water because it is more chance to live in your water pot which can make you sick. If there is good sun outside, you can keep water in sun, it will also the clean the water. 

4. Sedimentation and Decantation

Sedimentation is the way to purify the water. If you see the yellow color in your handpump water, it means some small particles of iron in the water. Now, keep same water on mud pot for 24 hrs. You will see water has some transparent color and same small iron depreciated powder sit below of mud pot. 

Now, take this water and keep it in other pot and again other steel pot for 1 day and it will be called decantation. Now, you will get full result. This water purify because the gravity power of earth which pulls all impurities in the bottom of water jug.
