This team will be for every 5 years. The next team will be decided on the votes of members of this trust.

3. Details of Aims and Programmes of Trust

Here you have to write your trust's aim and programmes

For example

3. Your aim, to give financial support to poor community

4. Trust Fund

1. Trust is started with an initial fund of Rs. 10 lakh or what you want to invest for starting your trust. We have 5000 regular members and each pay Rs. 10,000 per year as a donation.

5. Bank Account and their operation

Trust will open the bank account in govt banks and any trustee will authorize to withdraw under the sign of the finance trustee or detail how you operate. Will you give authority to specific trustee or team of trustee to operate the current account of this trust. 

6. Accounting of Trust's income and expenses and assets and liabilities

We are a charitable organisation, so, we will make an annual income and expenses account and balance sheet and we will appoint an accountant and internal auditor for this. 

7. Legal Identity

We will register ourselves as a trust for getting PAN. We will file an annual return. We respect all state laws. If anyone do illegal work on the name of the trust, we will not responsible for this. 

8. Meeting of Trust

Every end of 3rd month, we will meet for new decisions and discussions.
