I just go to the competitor of my internet service provider and request to get his plan. Speak truth. I am using your competitor for 5 or 10 years and I want to save the the money and tell the price of same plan. 2nd Best Alternative : Just CALL to your Internet Service Provider Customer Care

Ask, I am using your Rs. 999 plan and I do not do any out of india call. With tax, I pay Rs. 1300, is there any plan to pay less but same service. I did same and got success. 

My customer care replied. Yes, last month, we have launched a new plan. Rs. 666 with tax, you have to pay Rs. 900. But you do not get any out of india call service. I replied, I need not and I shifted from RS. 999 plan to Rs. 666 plan with same service and saved Rs. 400 every month from my budged expenses.
