You can ask above question as “Host One Domain on Two Hosting Servers” or how to make sub-domain from other hosting service when your main domain is with any other hosting service. Our this tutorial will answer both these questions.

Suppose, I have one main domain is svtuition.com its hosting with XYZ company. Now, I want to make a new subdomain wiki.svtuition.com with its hosting with ABC hosting company. Yes it is possible. You just write A record and CNAME record in its main hosting control panel.

For example ABC company is google and its host name is ghs.google.com and its IP address is 216.239.32.21 as per given information by google at here.

Now, I just go to main domain’s hosting control panel and then go to Domain and then go to simple DNS Zone Editor. After this, I will write CNAME

name will be wiki.svtuition.com and host will be  ghs.google.com

Then I will write A record

name will be wiki.svtuition.com and address will be 216.239.32.21

Now, go to your subdomain service and write your subdomain in its setting.
